Our son is a newly minted black belt and after the extensive year of prep cycle we feel very lucky he had dedicated instructors. For this Christmas we wanted to do something funny and nice for them. This would also work great for gymnastics, volleyball, etc.
I purchased simple retro reusable icebags

I used a small plastic bag set inside the icebag and filled it with candy kisses and a small folded $20 dollar bill on top. I screwed the lid back on and placed in the gift bag.
On the card I used the "keep calm and train on" with a little font at the bottom that reads "If hurt apply ice and kisses then get back to work". A couple of the very special instructors also got some real ice ($20).
